Essential Functions Provides proper documentation with complete and accurate billing, time sheets, and reporting documents within required timelines. Maintains and ensures the confidentiality of all member information in possession and informs member’s coordinator of any changes. Encourages members to participate in community, household, and personal care tasks. Provides companionship and personal care such as assistance with dressing, feeding, washing, and toileting, as well as advice, encouragement, and emotional and psychological support. Typical Hours Able to work at least two days a week (Monday–Friday) between 3:00 and 7:00 p.m.; average part‑time hours are 5–15 per week. Full‑time may be attainable for applicants willing to commute longer distances.
