Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/06/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS Telemetry) Registered Nurse (RN) position in Newberg, Oregon. This short-term assignment at a Level IV Trauma Center offers a dynamic environment where candidates will provide high-quality patient care across adult and geriatric populations. The role requires candidates to bring their license on the first day of assignment. Job Details Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Valid license, 1 year of experience in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing, proficiency with Epic electronic medical record system, ACLS and BLS Certifications, and reliable transportation required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a Level IV Trauma Center, ability to float between units and facilities, and familiarity with managing ports, blood products, and dysrhythmias. Float: Float rotation may be required between units and nearby facilities as needed. Additional Information: Must have a vehicle for this assignment. Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby the contracted facility. Refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and forfeiture of guaranteed hours. Candidates must be vaccinated for COVID-19 and Flu. Holiday coverage required on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day, with all RTO/Scheduling requests to be made upfront.
