What You'll Do

Interpret and work from engineering drawings, inspection manuals, and specifications
Utilize precision measuring instruments, inspection tools, and specialized equipment
Follow Quality Management System (QMS) policies and procedures
Maintain working knowledge of company processes, policies, and production workflows
Perform inspections to accept or reject parts, processes, and assemblies
Verify tools and equipment are properly calibrated and qualified
Prepare and maintain quality records and documentation
Write and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
Support multiple inspection areas and job codes as needed
Maintain required certifications and training compliance

Qualifications

5+ years of aerospace airframe assembly inspection experience
Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
Experience with MS Office and SAP systems
Proven experience writing NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Solid understanding of production and inspection processes
Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality

Work Requirements

Must be able to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
Availability for overtime as needed
Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications
