Responsibilities Assess, develop, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans. Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve patient function. Document patient interactions accurately within the Epic Electronic Medical Record system. Collaborate with physicians, sports trainers, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Participate in team meetings and continuous education initiatives. Requirements Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state. Demonstrated clinical skills in orthopedics and outpatient rehabilitation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse patient populations. Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Behavioral competency in handling challenges related to teamwork and patient interactions.
