🏠 Leasing Manager or Assistant Manager Location: Kent, WA 98031
Pay: $25.00 – $27.00/hr (Weekly Pay)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, some Saturdays
Type: Contract-to-Hire

📋 What You’ll Do
- Property Tours: Show vacant apartments to future residents and help them find their next home.
- Customer Service: Answer phone calls, reply to emails, and greet everyone who walks into the leasing office with a smile.
- Leasing & Admin: Help process applications, put together lease paperwork, and keep files organized.
- Community Upkeep: Make sure the leasing office, tour paths, and model apartments look clean, fresh, and welcoming.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Leasing Experience: Previous experience working as a leasing consultant or in property management.
- People Skills: Excellent communication and a friendly, helpful personality.
- Reliability: You show up on time, every time, ready to support the community.
- Computer Basics: Comfortable using a computer for emails, typing, and basic property management software.
