Internal Medicine Physician in Falmouth, Maine

MaineHealth Primary Care - Internal Medicine - Falmouth is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join their well-established outpatient practice located in Falmouth, Maine. The selected candidate will join seven physicians and two advanced practice providers. MaineHealth Internal Medicine has redesigned care in alignment with the Patient Centered Medical Home care model to provide more convenient care with patient centered continuity. This full-time position perfect for someone looking for a sustainable career in primary care!

This position offers:

Team-based care model with collaborative approach to care.
As an academic institution, this position comes with an appointment at Tufts School of Medicine. Opportunities to participate in clerkships may exist.
Competitive compensation package including sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, CME expense reimbursement, and malpractice insurance.
Benefits include Paid Time Off, CME time, retirement options with employer contributions, medical, dental, vision, life/disability coverage, and more.

Qualifications:

Education: MD/DO from accredited medical school.
Active and unrestricted State of ME medical license, or ability to obtain prior to employment.
Board Certification/Eligibility in Internal Medicine.

Total compensation packages may include, based on eligibility, recruitment payments, relocation assistance, productivity incentives and quality incentives.

The annual base salary for this position is $257,500.

Situated on the Maine coast 6 miles north of Portland, Falmouth offers the best of urban sophistication combined with small-town friendliness. The area provides four season recreational opportunities, such as skiing, hiking, sailing, and miles of beautiful beaches. Just two hours north of Boston, this is an exceptionally diverse and vibrant community.
