Job Summary:

The Inventory Clerk is responsible for tracking, managing, and maintaining our inventory of goods and supplies. This position requires being knowledgeable in all departments within the warehouse.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• No Direct Reports
• Position Reports to Warehouse Supervisor

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of inventory by using inventory management software?
• Physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies?
• Process inventory adjustments and update inventory records?
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate inventory are maintained?
• Analyze inventory data to identify potential issues?
• Always follow safety procedures and guidelines?
• Follow DILE SOLUTIONS standard operating processes and procedures to ensure the safe and efficient operations??
• Keep communication with team members to ensure the safety and accuracy of packaging operations?
• Move boxes to location with pallet jack.
• Consolidate boxes from pallet to pallet
• Report workplace issues to team leader to ensure the accomplishment of tasks?
• Complete other work-related tasks assigned by supervisors?

Schedule:

• Day shift.
• Monday to Friday. 8am-5pm
• Weekends as needed.

Skills/Abilities:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite,
• Proficient with WMS
• Basic Math Skills
• Microsoft Suite
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5 years’ experience can be substituted for degree
• Experience working in transportation/warehouse (preferred
