Business Analyst

Act as the functional SME for asset classes (FX, Rates, Equities, Commodities). Translate trading desk workflows into technical requirements. Manage front-to-back system enhancements and live trading features. Key Responsibilities Requirements & Workflow Analysis: Map out trade capture, pricing models, and position management. Stakeholder Coordination: Partner daily with traders, quants, developers, and risk managers. Testing & Deployment: Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate functional releases. Production Support: Troubleshoot real-time pricing breaks, connectivity failures, or booking discrepancies. Qualifications & Skills Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial products and the front-to-back trade lifecycle. Technical Stack: Strong SQL, Excel, and scripting/programming proficiency (Python or similar). Methodology: Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery in fast-paced trading environments.
