Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or (BCaBA) - Full Time

Location: Ellenwood, GA

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year + $5000 Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support behavior technicians and RBTs
• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide parent training
• Focus on quality care - no direct therapy required
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and support staff

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification
• 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred
• Must be available full-time
• Comfortable with hybrid work and occasional local travel

Compensation & Benefits:

• $500 CEU credit (per 2-year cycle)
