Senior Business Analyst - Medicaid

To support the DC Medicaid program, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst - Medicaid will lead complex claims and financial processing activities, transforming data into actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Serve as a lead analyst for multi-system claims and financial processing activities Evaluate data and confirm system performance while identifying processing issues Analyze contact center workflows and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Required qualifications 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare Industry; 3+ years of Medicaid or Medicare experience preferred Understanding of computer programming concepts, including configuration and batch processing Advanced proficiency with analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel, Access, and SQL Strong client-facing communication skills to translate client needs into actionable objectives Ability to effectively communicate with business leaders, clients, and technical teams
