- Provide technical service support for company products to clients, including online and offline product training and technical training.
- Communicate and analyze customer needs to configure technical solutions.
- Assist clients with on-site debugging and resolve technical issues.
- Write technical documentation for overseas clients, create training materials, and maintain customer product records.
- Travel approximately half the year to Southeast Asia, Europe, or the United States, determining travel areas based on the situation.
