The patient s primary care provider partners with the team in providing care related to wound treatment Diabetic foot ulcers Pressure ulcers Acute wounds Chronic non-healing wounds Venous stasis ulcers Arterial ulcers Peri-stomal complications Burns Wound vac dressing changes Monday - Friday (8a - 5p)
