Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily meat production operations and ensure production schedules are met.
• Monitor compliance with USDA, FSIS, HACCP, SSOP, GMP, and food safety regulations.
• Lead, train, and supervise production employees to ensure productivity, quality, and safety.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Quality Assurance, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor product quality, inventory accuracy, and temperature control throughout production.
• Maintain accurate production records and support internal or regulatory audits.
• Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of meat production or food manufacturing supervisory experience required.
• Experience working in a USDA-inspected meat facility is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, SSOP, GMP, and USDA/FSIS regulations.
• HACCP Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification).
• Experience supervising production teams in a refrigerated or frozen environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet production deadlines.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese or Spanish is a plus.
