Machine Operator – 1st Shift

Location: Brook Park, OH – Brookpark Road Area

Pay: $17+/hr, depending on experience, skills, and abilities

Shift: 1st Shift – Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm, occasional Saturday OT
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Must be willing to submit to a Nationwide Background Check and a Pre-Employment Drug Test.

Crucial Link is hiring an experienced Machine Operator for a manufacturing company in the Brook Park, OH area. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous machine operating experience who is reliable, mechanically inclined, and looking for a long-term position.

Position Overview
The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring quality, performing basic machine adjustments, and keeping production moving efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing/production machinery according to company procedures
• Load and unload materials or parts as needed
• Monitor machine operation and report issues or malfunctions
• Inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and defects
• Use basic hand tools and measuring tools as required
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety rules and production guidelines
• Meet daily production expectations
• Assist with other manufacturing duties as needed

Requirements

• Previous machine operator experience is required
• Must be mechanically inclined and comfortable working around machinery
• Ability to read basic work instructions and follow directions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
• Ability to stand for the majority of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
