This hybrid role ensures visitors have a great experience. You’ll guide guests through the exhibit, animate the world of SKULLPANDA, support exclusive product sales, and ensure every visitor leaves with a memorable experience. This is a temporary, seasonal role ideal for individuals with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, entertainment, or experiential environments. What You Will Do Guest & Experience Welcome guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and brand-appropriate energy Bring the SKULLPANDA universe to life through scripted moments, playful interactions, and spontaneous engagement Guide guests through immersive rooms, installations, and photo moments Deliver light performance elements including scripted lines, character-inspired interactions, and guided moments Support interactive stations, giveaways, and event-based activations Assist with special events, VIP previews, and media activations Act as a subject-matter expert on POP MART IP — SKULLPANDA Provide product recommendations and help guests make informed purchase decisions Operations & Retail Manage visitor reception, ticket verification and redemption, and crowd flow Monitor traffic, assist with capacity management, and issue safety reminders when needed Inspect and maintain exhibits, installations, and on-site facilities to ensure a clean, safe environment Operate POS systems to complete transactions accurately and efficiently Support exclusive merchandise launches, drops, and pop-up store operations Handle ticket gift distribution and inventory management Conduct routine equipment checks, report issues promptly, and assist with unexpected situations What You Bring Customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment, or events Confident engaging guests in fast-paced, high-energy environments Strong communicator who connects naturally with diverse audiences Genuine interest in POP MART, designer toys, art culture, or immersive experiences Physically able to stand/walk 4–6 hours and lift up to 40–50 lbs 18+ years old Available evenings, weekends, and holidays for the full exhibit period Bonus Points Background in large-scale events, exhibitions, or pop-up retail Experience in visitor reception or crowd management Performance, acting, or interactive entertainment experience Multilingual What We Offer Competitive hourly rate (in accordance with applicable minimum wage laws) Fun, creative, high-energy work environment Hands-on experience in experiential retail and live events Employee recognition programs Exclusive access to a landmark POP MART exhibit *The job posting highlights the most critical responsibilities and requirements of the job. Physical Requirements Frequently lift, carry, push, or move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds. Stand and walk continuously for extended periods, typically 6–8 hours per shift. Frequently bend, kneel, squat, reach overhead, and climb ladders or step stools safely. Perform repetitive tasks such as stocking merchandise, unpacking shipments, pricing products, and organizing inventory. Work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment while managing multiple priorities. Operate standard retail equipment and stockroom tools, including handheld scanners, box cutters, and ladders. Work in varying environments including the sales floor, stockroom, and receiving areas. Pay Range Details The hourly pay rate for this position is $17.00 per hour. This range is provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws and may vary based on geographic location. Individual compensation will be determined based on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications.
