Youth Case Manager — Onsite Support & Growth
Rite of Passage
Rite of Passage is seeking a full-time professional in Tampa, Florida, to administer case plans and facilitate treatment programs for youth. The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree, prior case management experience with juveniles, and strong counseling skills. Responsibilities include collaborating with staff to meet treatment goals and communicating with families and agencies about youth progress.
