Location: Salt Lake City, UTPay: $20.00–$24.00/hourSchedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.About Kier Property ManagementKier Property Management and Real Estate, LLC provides property and asset management, leasing, and real estate services throughout Utah and Wyoming.We are looking for a Site Manager to oversee daily property operations and provide exceptional service to residents. This role works closely with regional management, maintenance, accounting, vendors, and residents to ensure the property is well-maintained, compliant, and running smoothly.BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insuranceLife insuranceFlexible spending account401(k)Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leaveAssistance obtaining a Utah Real Estate License, if requiredWhat You'll DoManage day-to-day property operations and resident relations.Market available apartments, show units, screen applicants, and prepare leases.Collect rent and security deposits and maintain accurate resident records.Respond to resident questions, concerns, and maintenance requests.Complete annual and interim tenant recertifications.Maintain required Section 8, Tax Credit, HOME Fund, and HUD documentation.Coordinate maintenance requests, apartment turnovers, inspections, and third-party vendors.Walk the property regularly and help ensure buildings, common areas, and grounds are clean and well-maintained.Assist with minor repairs, cleaning, snow removal, and property upkeep as needed.Follow Fair Housing, ADA, Section 504, and applicable State and Federal requirements.Prepare required reports and assist with property inspections and audits.What You'll BringHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.Property management or affordable housing experience preferred.Section 8, Tax Credit, HOME Fund, or HUD experience is a plus.Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.Basic computer skills; Yardi experience is a plus.Ability to handle resident concerns professionally and effectively.Valid Driver's License and current auto insurance.Ability to obtain a Utah Real Estate License if required.Physical RequirementsThis position requires regular property walks, occasional outdoor work in varying weather conditions, bending or kneeling, and the ability to frequently lift or move 25–50 pounds.Join Kier Property Management and Real Estate and help provide quality housing and exceptional service to our residents.
