- Answer, report and follow executive chef's or general manager's instructions
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers - Attitude is just as important (if not more so) than skill!
- At least 1 year of prior dishwashing experience.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Knowledge of proper food handling procedures is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Must be able to stand for up to 8+ hours per day.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times, at times from overhead locations.
