Position Summary:
\nWe’re seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to drive new business growth in an assigned territory. The ideal candidate thrives on prospecting, closing complex contracts, and building long-term relationships with business clients.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Prospect and qualify leads across a defined territory through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits \n
- Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility service programs \n
- Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements \n
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and activity \n
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas \n

Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding

Compensation & Benefits

- Competitive base salary + monthly uncapped commissions and quarterly bonuses - Total 1st year compensation (including commission) can range from $50,000-120,000 \n

What We’re Looking For:

0-2+ years of B2B sales experience (uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services preferred)
\n - \n
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle
\n - \n
Strong negotiation and closing skills
\n - \n
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
\n - \n
Willingness to take coaching and feedback
\n - \n
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle
\n - \n
Individuals who drive their personal vehicles for business purposes will be required to comply with minimum auto insurance requirements per UniFirst's standards
