Duties Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis. Draft legal documents, including briefs and contracts. Manage complex cases and transactions from inception to resolution. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies. Participate in high‑level legal activities such as negotiations and trials. Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations. Engage in professional development and community involvement. Requirements Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Experience with AmLaw 100 firm preferred. Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and independently. JD Degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admitted to practice in the state of North Carolina. Skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strong research and problem‑solving skills.
