Part Time Flex Sales Associate

Responsibilities Deliver a world-class customer experience and surpass sales goals by building genuine connections with fans (customers). Share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people’s loves. Engage with customers during peak hours and support store operations to ensure smooth, on-brand service. Maintain merchandising and retail operational standards. Participate in high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches to provide coverage during peak times. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Demonstrated results-oriented selling. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a caring, customer-focused approach. Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and charm an audience. Must be 18 years or older and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds. Flexible schedule ranging from approximately 4 hours per month during slower periods to about 12 hours per week in peak seasons. Reliable support to step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when coverage is needed. Compensation MI: $14.10 per hour – $17.60 per hour, commensurate with experience.
