Overview Delek Logistics Partners, LP (NYSE: DKL) is a separately traded company, primarily owned by Delek US, and made up of midstream energy infrastructure assets. The logistics and transportation business arm of our company purchases, gathers, and moves crude oil to our refineries or other buyers, and then markets, stores, and transports refined, usable fuels and products from our refineries to sell to distributors and retailers for a variety of applications. Delek Logistics is a rapidly growing business segment, is highly diversified and adaptable, and is focused on realizing cost savings by owning and operating our own logistics gathering and transporting network, including pipeline systems, trucking, storage, and refined petroleum product terminals.
