Maintenance/Handyman
Serra CDJR Lake Orion is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance/Handyman to join our team in Lake Orion, MI. This position is perfect for professionals looking to contribute their expertise in a role with a flexible schedule. We are open to both, full and part-time availabilities. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairs, painting, and minor carpentry work.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues and perform preventative maintenance.
- Assist with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and storage spaces.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with management to prioritize maintenance projects and ensure timely completion.
Requirements
- Previous experience in maintenance, handyman work, or related fields.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
