Physical Therapist

Schedule: 40 hours per week

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40

Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and safe movement techniques.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and treatment plans.
