Medication Technician
As a Medication Technician, you will build strong relationships with residents while helping them stay safe and comfortable. You will be part of a supportive team that values your work and helps you grow. We offer flexible schedules, fast access to your pay, and free meals. Requirements:
- Give medications the right way and on time
- Watch residents and report any changes
- Help with personal care and daily tasks
- Work as a team with caregivers and nurses
- Help keep the community calm, safe, and welcoming
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Medication Aide Certification preferred
- Prior experience in long-term care or as a Medication Aide preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under supervision
- Calm, professional response in fast-paced or emergencies
- Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking)
