CMM Programmer

Senior CMM ProgrammerBased in Woburn, MA, we are an industry leader manufacturing highly engineered electro-mechanical products for customers operating in regulated and technology-driven industries.We're seeking a Senior CMM Programmer with strong PC-DMIS experience to support quality, manufacturing, and engineering teams through advanced dimensional inspection, metrology, and program development. This role will be responsible for creating and optimizing CMM programs, supporting quality initiatives, and helping ensure products meet customer and engineering requirements.Role and Responsibilities:Develop, modify, and optimize CMM programs using PC-DMISPerform first article, in-process, and final inspections on machined and fabricated componentsInterpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirementsSupport manufacturing and engineering teams with dimensional analysis and problem-solving activitiesAnalyze inspection data and communicate dimensional concerns to quality and production teamsAssist with root cause investigations related to dimensional non-conformancesSupport process improvement initiatives to reduce scrap, rework, and quality-related costsMaintain inspection documentation and quality recordsMentor and support junior inspectors and quality technicians as neededQualifications:3+ years of hands-on CMM programming experienceExperience programming and operating CMM equipment using PC-DMISStrong understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretationExperience inspecting machined, fabricated, or electro-mechanical componentsKnowledge of metrology principles, inspection techniques, and quality control practicesExperience working within ISO 9001 or AS9100 environments preferredStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsBenefitsBase Salary Between $85-95k + 5% BonusStrong Benefits Package (Medical/Dental/Vision, Retirement Savings Options, etc.)Generous Vacation/PTOWork/Life Balance
