We're Puddle Pool Services — the flip-flop-wearing, sunscreen-smelling crew that decided pool care didn't have to be boring. No stuffy uniforms, no corporate BS, just people who show up, do great work, and actually enjoy it. We're growing fast across Canada and the US, and we need someone who can fix the stuff most techs can't. Who You Are
- You enjoy diagnosing problems and take pride in fixing them the right way the first time.
- You have strong mechanical skills and can confidently troubleshoot equipment with minimal supervision.
- You work independently, stay organized, and take ownership of every repair and cleanup job.
- You care about quality craftsmanship and treat every customer's pool as if it were your own.
- You enjoy sharing your knowledge and helping less experienced technicians grow.
- Diagnose and minor repairs on pool equipment — pumps, heaters, filters, plumbing lines, and more
- Handle green to cleans, acid washes and other specialty services if possible
- Troubleshoot complex issues that routine maintenance techs pass up the chain
- Perform equipment installs and upgrades for existing and new clients
- Mentor and support junior technicians when they run into something over their head
- Represent Puddle's standard of quality on every job, every time
- Proven experience in pool repair — plumbing and equipment work
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a genuine mechanical instinct
- Comfort working independently on complex jobs
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pride in doing the job right the first time, not just fast
