Field Operations Manager

The Animal Rescue League of Boston (ARL) , one of New England's leading animal welfare organizations, is seeking a full-time Field Operations Manager to join our organization. This position is based out of our Dedham location.

What we offer:

• Base salary ranging from $55,000 to $60,000 annually;

• Oversee the Field Services and Community Operations programs including Dispatch, Community Cats, Transports, and the Keep Pets S.A.F.E Program;
• Manage a team of compassionate and driven staff, helping them achieve individual and team professional goals;
• Develop and oversee program operational budgets;
• Help us continue to learn and grow as a team of development professionals who work hard to ensure ARL continues to provide the best care for animals in need!
