IT Project Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead and deliver IT projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful implementation of IT solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, initiate, and manage end-to-end BY Demand module implementation project as IT Project Manager
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) appropriately.
• Conduct regular meetings, updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with IT governance and standards.
• Manage change requests and mitigate project risks effectively.
• Maintain project documentation and create post-project reviews and lessons learned reports.
• Will need to work with different time zones and be flexible.
• Work on other PM activities not relevant to Demand module project

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheets, ServiceNow).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demand forecasting domain experience is a plus
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
• Experience with cloud platforms
• Background in software development or systems integration is a plus.
