Luxury Method, a division of CoWorx Staffing, is seeking a passionate Brand Ambassador to represent Beekman 1802, a clinically kind, goat milkpowered skincare brand rooted in kindness, community, and sensitive-skin solutions. We are looking for a Beauty advisor with luxury retail sales experience to represent Beekman 1802 in select partner stores. This part-time opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury retail environment and is passionate about clean, gentle, and effective skincare.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Beekman 1802educating, engaging, and delivering exceptional client experiences while driving sales performance. This role requires availability Thursday through Sunday and the ability to travel between store locations within the region.

Responsibilities:

• Represent Beekman 1802 with professionalism, strong product knowledge, and enthusiasm for sensitive-skin solutions.
• Support in-store events and activations, including setup and breakdown.
• Educate customers and retail staff on product benefits, key ingredients, and brand philosophy.
• Drive sales by building authentic client relationships and recommending tailored skincare routines.
• Perform mini-services and product demonstrations to create engaging in-store experiences.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Provide timely and detailed recap reports from each store visit.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Previous Ulta or Sephora experience required.
• Strong communication and client engagement skills.
• Knowledge of clean beauty and sensitive skincare trends.
• Confident, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple store locations.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using apps for reporting, timekeeping, and scheduling.
