Travel Pharmacist Inpatient Job

Overview
Pharmacist – Inpatient, Travel assignment in Tuba City, Arizona. Start date 10/05/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,699–$2,785 per week. Shift: 3x12 rotating. Setting: Surgery Center. This assignment supports comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services across inpatient patient populations with rotating day, evening, nights, weekends, and holiday coverage.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services to patients across neonatal to geriatric populations, including oncology and obstetric patients.
- Review orders for accuracy, dosing, interactions, and ensure safe dispensing; perform medication reconciliation as part of daily practice.
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members to optimize therapy.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards; support ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the pharmacy information system and provide education to patients and staff as needed.

Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-recognized school
- Current valid and unrestricted license to practice Pharmacy in the United States (state/territory/DC)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Pharmacist
- Minimum 1 year’ experience as a Clinical Pharmacist
- Fingerprinting must be submitted and cleared prior to start
