CAD Drafter

To support Navy infrastructure projects, the full-time CAD Drafter will create and modify technical drawings using CAD software, ensuring compliance with government standards while collaborating with engineers and project managers in a hybrid remote environment. Key responsibilities Create detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics using AutoCAD and other CAD software Review engineering sketches and specifications to prepare construction and assembly drawings for DoD projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain organized drawing files and ensure compliance with industry standards Required qualifications Associate's degree in Drafting Technology, CAD, Engineering Technology, or related field; or high school diploma with two years of professional drafting experience Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a drafter in engineering, architecture, or manufacturing Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and experience with 3D modeling software Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and DoD drawing standards Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Secret security clearance
