Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Senior Experiential Manager to join our experiential team, supporting the planning and execution of live events and hospitality programs for our sports betting client. This role sits at the intersection of hospitality planning and event production, requiring a diligent, proactive leader who can manage multiple collaborators while ensuring seamless program delivery.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading client communications and timelines as they are coordinating vendors, production partners, and on-site logistics. You will play a key role in bringing experiential concepts to life while maintaining strong client relationships and operational excellence.

In this role, you will support the development and execution of high-end guest programs for one of our key clients. You will bring a strong understanding of luxury hospitality, customer hosting, in-person event operations, and client management. Success in this position requires the ability to work closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to deliver premium service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

You will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, including ideation, sourcing and managing local suppliers and vendors, overseeing logistics planning, and executing programs on-site. THE WORK YOU’LL DO
Event Management
- Project manage multiple hospitality and production-focused programs simultaneously, using superior attention to detail and client management skills
- Senior client stakeholder and rights holder management and coordination
- Logistical planning of detailed hospitality packages, including (but not limited to) tickets, décor, talent appearances, accommodation, transportation, food and beverage, production elements and cultural experiences
- Event development including (but not limited to) scheduling, logistics, health and safety, insurance, creative production, and briefing documentation providing in-depth brand relevant content and insight
- Research, procure, and contract relevant third-party suppliers and vendors
- Financial account management including the creation of budgets, tracking, and reconciliation
- Development and delivery of pre- and post-event reporting
- On-site management and hosting of VIP guests
- Management of direct reports (as assigned)

Client Services & Account Management
- Leadership of client relationships, day-to-day account management, project management, internal team coordination
- Proactive thinking to foresee challenges and propose solutions before they arise
- Financial management of invoices, vendor payments, budget tracking documents, and reporting and reconciliation on overall project finances
- Coordination with other global Octagon account teams to ensure efficiencies and best practices across regions
- Management of junior account staff, overseeing specific project workstream deliverables

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- A passion for and expertise in sports, entertainment, gaming, music and/or celebrity & lifestyle culture!
- 6-8 years(s) work experience in experiential hospitality
- You have experience with on-site management and execution at large/major events
- You have outstanding organization, interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
- You have strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and produce quality work within deadlines
- You think on your feet and use your initiative. You enjoy learning new things and can quickly adapt when things change
- You’re natural at building relationships with just about anyone at any level in an organization
- You enjoy solving problems and finding creative solutions to challenges
- You can collaborate across disciplines, departments and projects
- You have demonstrated experience in positions requiring discretion, judgment, tact, and poise and you are reliable and trustworthy
- You exhibit emotional intelligence and can adapt to working with various personalities
- A real team player
- You are not afraid to “pitch in”, “roll up your sleeves” and get it done. You take initiative. No task is too big or too small
- You have staff management experience and can empower others, driving the team to success
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and non-traditional hours, as required
- You can lift to 50 lbs. and stand for up to or more than eight hours at a time
- Multiple languages are a plus!

The base range for this position is $65,000 – 75,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure, and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background pertinent experience, and qualifications. $65,000 - 75,000

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
