Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - El Dorado Hills, California We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Pivotal Parenting Support LLC. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional behavioral therapy services to our clients and their families. Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized behavioral therapy plans in collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas of strength and need, and develop strategies to address them Provide ongoing coaching and support to families and caregivers to ensure successful implementation of therapy plans Collaborate with other Pivotal Parenting team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy activities Stay current with best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and evidence-based therapies About Our Organization At Pivotal Parenting Support LLC, we are dedicated to providing professional and personalized in-home behavioral therapy services to our clients and their families.
