CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join the CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic in San Marcos, Texas. This is a full-time, 100% outpatient role within an expanding clinic that currently includes four physicians and one Advanced Practice Clinician. Practice Info Join an existing CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic in San Marcos, Texas Clinic currently holds 4 physicians and 1 APC, with plans to add more physicians and 1 more APC 100% Outpatient setting Patient volume: 18-22 patients per day ABRIDGE AI embedded into EPIC EMR Compensation Competitive 1st year guarantee Malpractice with tail coverage CME allowance Sign-On Bonus Student Loan Repayment up to $125,000 ($25k a year starting after year 1) Retention Bonus if not utilizing student loan repayment Residency Stipends (If Applicable) Quality Bonus ACO Bonus Benefits Retirement with employer match Medical, Dental, & Vision Benefits Time away from practice Shift & Schedule M-F 8:00am-5:00pm 1/2 Day for Admin Hours embedded Full Time Requirements Physician must be BC/BE Full-Time Applicants Onlyaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
