Driver & Negotiator
5-8 hours every, 4-6 days a week

What You’ll Do:

• Safely transport company representatives, clients, or goods to designated locations in a timely manner
• Plan efficient routes to ensure punctuality while considering traffic and road conditions
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, functionality, and compliance with safety regulations
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
• Act as a negotiator on behalf of the company for pricing, services, deliveries, or agreements
• Communicate professionally with suppliers, clients, vendors, or third parties
• Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes while maintaining good relationships
• Verify agreements, invoices, and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Provide regular updates and reports on negotiations, trips, and outcomes to management
• Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and company policies at all times
• Assist with errands, documentation, or other tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a professional driver, negotiator, or similar role
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to represent the company professionally and confidently
• Good knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and navigation tools
• Physically fit and able to perform driving and errand-related tasks
• Trustworthy, reliable, and discreet with confidential information
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Basic record-keeping and documentation skills
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work extended hours when needed
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
