Business Operations Manager (BOM)BB&E is an employee-owned full service civil and environmental engineering and consulting firm, headquartered in Northville, Michigan, which services both the Federal and Industrial sectors throughout the United States. BB&E team members provide Environmental Consulting, Facilities Engineering and Program/Project Management Services to Federal and private sectors.Position SummaryBB&E is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Operations Manager (BOM) to provide on-site environmental compliance support located at NASA Glenn in Cleveland, Ohio, with a secondary facility in Sandusky, Ohio. The Business Operations Manager (BOM) will assist the Site Lead with managing sub-contractors, including invoices and monitoring contracts.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist the with Site Lead dutiesAssist the site lead with managing all project elements including NESS staff, internal project teams, multiple subcontractors, vendors, and relationships with NASA and regulatory personnel in accordance with PWS requirements and BB&E standard operating procedures.Assist with organizing and executing project work including the appropriate delegation.Demonstrate subject matter expert skill sets to support private and government sectors.Display and demonstrate company business acumen (including successful management of execution, schedule, budget, quality and compliance) and exemplary work approaches (client service orientation; strong interpersonal skills including clear communications and respect for others)Provide overall management and administrative functions to ensure that the team are available, and resources allocated and that the PWS tasks and deliverables meet performance requirements. Assist the Program Manager ensuring that all labor, services, and materials necessary for program management, business management and associated services to meet the PWS are successfully delivered.Assist with processing the payments of Permits/Fees related to the work on this contract.Utilize NASA furnished databases or other NASA-authorized software.Assist with completing and delivering a monthly technical report covering all CLINs on the contract no later than five business days after the end of the month
