We participate in a wide variety of local activities, such as school events, sports, games, tournaments, festivals, concerts, corporate events, neighborhood get-togethers, weddings, birthdays, and other unique events.Event Specialist must be at least 16 years or older and needs to have flexible schedules with a focused priority on meeting the needs of our customers. Duties include taking customer orders, operating equipment to prepare shaved ice and coffee drinks, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed.Please complete questions in the application to the best of your ability. We offer flexible schedules and hours that could range from 10-25 hours per week. Starting pay of $15.50/hr + tips for Event Specialist.Event Specialist Responsibilities:Represent the Kona Ice brand by delivering a memorable experience and outstanding customer serviceProvide superior service to clients and customers with speed and accuracyAssists Event Specialist/Driver in completing event procedures, warehouse expectations and needed areas to run a successful eventMaintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment, work well with other team members, and provide ongoing feedback to improve the work environmentComply with the hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelinesResponsible for operating, maintaining and keeping clean all equipment on the trucks; maintain warehouse expectations and cleanliness of work environment, including basic cleaning of trucks/warehouseComplete beginning- and end-of-shift prepping and stocking, cash counts, event closing proceduresMust be able to read, count money, and accurately complete documentationCommunicate maintenance and inventory needs to appropriate staffOther duties as assignedBenefits:$15.50 starting hourly pay + tipsBonuses (performance, referrals)Flexible scheduleFUN environmentFree Kona Ice, Travelin' Tom's coffee, snacks and drinks while workingPaid breaksIf we feel you will be a great addition to our team we will begin reaching out to qualified applicants by the end of March.
