Machine Operator – $19+/hr + Growth

We're hiring Production / Machine Operators to support manufacturing operations in a clean, modern production facility. This role is ideal for candidates with machine operating, manufacturing, or mechanical experience who enjoy hands-on work and monitoring automated equipment.

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Use computer systems to control and adjust machines
• Perform quality inspections throughout the production process
• Stack and package finished products
• Pull samples and complete required documentation
• Monitor production and report equipment or process issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• 1+ year of machine operating or manufacturing experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience performing quality checks or inspections
• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Production or assembly experience
• Packaging experience
• Automated equipment experience
• Construction or industrial experience
• Blueprint or CNC experience

• $19+/hr starting pay with regular raises and advancement opportunities

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Iowa City, IA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
