Sales Trainee

Join to apply for the Sales Trainee role at Red Bull Distribution Company . This is a training role designed to prepare the Sales Trainee for the Account Sales Manager role. The role primarily supports sales initiatives and provides route coverage for the ASM during vacation, sickness, injury, or special projects. The ST will work with management to maintain customer relationships across sales, merchandising, and operations for all large & small format "off premise" stores. The ST must service all customers safely, productively, and professionally, adhering to Red Bull standards. Responsibilities include: Training: The ST is in a training program with potential to interview for ASM roles post-completion. If no role is available, the ST can remain up to 12 months, with possible extension based on performance and availability. Business Acumen: Understand Red Bull's brand, products, and standards; build and maintain customer relationships. Daily Preparation: Gather tools and coordinate daily priorities with ASMs/DSMs. In Route Support: Support in-store execution, route coverage, and meet KPIs related to sales, distribution, pricing, and merchandising. Off Route Support: Assist with audits, displays, merchandising, and other duties to drive sales. Qualifications: Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical Card Must be at least 21 years old Experience in customer service and sales is a plus Ability to lift up to 25 pounds English proficiency; additional languages advantageous Red Bull Distribution Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
