We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, particularly seniors and individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
• Ensure that residents' rights are respected and upheld at all times.
• Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including helping clients move safely around their home or to appointments.
• Support clients with medication reminders and adherence to prescribed health regimens.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties as needed.
• Engage clients in social activities and encourage participation in hobbies or interests.

Skills

• Knowledge of resident rights and the ability to advocate for clients’ needs effectively.
• Familiarity with senior care practices and working with individuals with disabilities.
• Proficient in meal preparation tailored to dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
