DescriptionTo execute and lead a creative vision to support Baptist Health‘s marketing communication initiatives, concepting and executing campaigns, managing the work of a graphic design and creative services team across multi-media executions and digital platforms.Estimated salary range for this position is $91132.84 - $118472.69 / year depending on experience.QualificationsDegrees: Bachelors.Additional Qualifications:At least seven years of relevant experience supported by strong portfolio. Demonstrated proficiency in executing concepts across multiple media platforms, including video, online, print, and dimensional formats. Must have working knowledge of developing original photography (assignment and art direction) and illustration (assignment and art direction). Proven successful background managing and mentoring a team of designers, copywriters, and production staff.
