Senior Technical Recruiter

Turion Space seeks a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead hands-on, full-cycle hiring for technical roles. Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, with a primary focus on engineering Source hard-to-reach, top-tier talent using creative outbound strategies and ongoing network-building Build structured interview plans and provide tools that enable consistent candidate evaluation Lead hiring debriefs and collaborate with hiring managers to reach data-informed decisions quickly Guide candidates through each stage with clarity, professionalism, and a strong focus on candidate experience Develop and deliver compelling offers , including compensation and equity discussions Maintain accurate data and detailed documentation in the Ashby ATS Iterate on recruiting processes to improve speed , quality , and candidate experience Manage contractor hiring requests: coordinate requisitions through start date in addition to full-time hiring Requirements 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment Proven success sourcing and hiring for hard-to-fill technical roles Experience presenting and implementing new recruiting strategies and processes with business leadership Track record of building long-term relationships with hiring managers and candidates Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple requisitions and project work Technologies Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Ashby Preferred Qualifications Experience in SaaS , aerospace , defense , automotive , or other hardware-heavy industries Comfort using alternative sourcing methods, including social media, networking, contract and patent scraping Familiarity with hiring cleared talent Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiringAction-oriented approach: identify potential bottlenecks and propose solutions Salary $135,000 - $155,000 USD per year Benefits Equity : equity participation in Turion Space to share in company success Health Insurance : comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and their dependents Retirement Plans : 401(k) plan with a 3% Employer Direct Contribution Paid Time Off: generous vacation days, personal days, sick days, and holidays Parental Leave: paid parental leave following the birth of a newborn or adoption Emotional Wellbeing: no-cost Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for employees and their household Professional Development: internal training, workshops, and courses Team Building Activities: social events, team outings, and company-sponsored activities ITAR Requirements Role may involve access to technology and/or software source code subject to U.S. export controls Applicant must be one of the following: U.S. citizen or national , U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157 , or Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158 , or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State Other Work Requirements Employees may be asked to support alternate shifts , extended shifts , and/or travel during peak work periods Location: Irvine, CA (on-site) Employment Type: Full-time, exempt #J-18808-Ljbffr Turion Space Corp.
