- CLASSIFICATION: Fulltime, Exempt
- PAY: $55,000 annually / $26.44 hourly (BOE)
$60,000 annually / $28.85 hourly with qualifying licensure - BENEFITS INCLUDE: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, Retirement Plan, and more!
- Master's degree in social sciences with an emphasis in psychology, counseling, social work, or other related fields (must be willing to obtain related board licensure).
- Must have a valid Tennessee driver's license with a good driving record.
- Duties may require occasional after-hours work and travel to organizational sites.
- Required training/certifications provided by the organization including CPR/First Aid.
- Confidentiality is required - confidentiality agreement signed upon hiring.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy while creating a welcoming and professional environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Highly proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), web-based systems, programs, or platforms.
- Ability to create a welcoming and professional environment.
