Program/Project Manager - III

Job Duties

Work Setup: Primarily onsite (flexibility for ~3 remote days/month)

We’re looking for an experienced IT Project / Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across business and technology teams. This role will drive delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities while maintaining strong governance and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale projects or programs

Define scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans

Manage risks, budgets, and interdependencies across teams

Establish communication plans, governance, and reporting standards

Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business goals

Provide leadership, direction, and support to project teams

Partner with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors to drive decisions and outcomes

Promote and apply project management best practices, including agile methods

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical or business-related field

5+ years of IT experience, including:

At least 2 years leading projects (not just coordinating)

Direct experience working with business stakeholders (not purely IT delivery)

Demonstrated experience delivering projects involving enterprise systems, applications, or cross-functional initiatives

Hands-on experience managing scope, budget, resources, and timelines simultaneously

Working knowledge of both Agile and traditional (Waterfall) delivery models in real-world environments

Experience managing dependencies across multiple teams or projects

Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with director-level or higher

Familiarity with risk management, resource planning, and change management practices

Agile or Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) preferred
