Compensation
- $90,000+ On Target Earnings (Base + Bonus)

$90,000+ OTE
Responsibilities:- Drive sales by making high-volume outbound calls to potential clients, using provided scripts and leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience and repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to refine sales strategies and share best practices.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on industry trends.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and script effectiveness to improve sales processes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Experience in sales or customer service roles, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills to provide tailored solutions to clients' real estate needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, sharing insights and strategies for mutual success.
- High level of energy and persistence, with a focus on achieving sales goals.
- Comfortable using scripts and training materials to effectively communicate with clients.
