Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Rehabilitation

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in a state-of-the-art inpatient rehabilitation facility. This role focuses on the recovery and rehabilitation of individuals experiencing the effects of severe injuries or illnesses.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement and adapt interventions to maximize patient recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize specialized equipment and techniques in rehabilitation therapy.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Schedule:

This is an altered work week position scheduled from Tuesday to Saturday, with day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in acute, subacute, skilled nursing facilities, or inpatient rehabilitation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a patient-first attitude.
• Preferred experience with functional interventions and group/concurrent modes of therapy.
