Location: Tuba City, Arizona

Pay Rate: $50 to $54/hr

Contract: 13 weeks

Schedule: Day Shift, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM; 3 shifts per week

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Experience: Minimum 3 years required


About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Med Surg Registered Nurse for a 13-week day-shift opportunity in Tuba City, Arizona. This role supports acute care patients and requires strong clinical judgment, independent nursing skills, and the ability to provide safe, compassionate care to patients of all ages.


Responsibilities
• Provide nursing care for acute and sub-acute Med Surg patients
• Assess patient conditions and follow physician orders and care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as ordered
• Document patient care accurately using Allscripts
• Support safe patient outcomes while working independently and with the care team


Requirements
• active registered nurse license from any U.S. state or territory required
• minimum 3 years of nursing experience required
• aha bls/bcls and aha acls certifications required
• tcar and nihss must be completed within 6 months of hire
• must be available for day shift, holiday coverage, and 3x12 schedule
