Dry Van Company Driver W2 - North Richland Hills, TX

Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR opportunity with competitive pay and top-notch equipment? Home Time:

• Usually out 1-2 weeks based on location and freight availability.
• We aim for weekly home time, though 2-week periods may occasionally happen.
• Schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment:

• Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
• All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
• Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight:

• All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock wait times.
• 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles:

• Average weekly earnings of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly.
• Base rate of .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area:

• Primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers achieving up to 3,000 miles weekly.
• Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.
