A Sparkling Clean Services LLC is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our growing team in Dallas, TX! Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and/or commercial spaces including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces to maintain hygiene standards
• Remove trash and replace liners throughout assigned properties
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and client satisfaction before leaving a site
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members on-site
• Follow safe handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment

Requirements:

• Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check
